Chip's Birthday atop the Center on Halsted

Chip had his birthday celebration on the top of the Center on Halsted (their Pride kickoff party). Hal Sparks the comedian was there too and after I took his picture, he jumped down off the stage and I told him: "You're much taller in person." He laughed. (He's not tall.) Happy birthday Chip!
