Phoenix Conference

I'm in Phoenix at the Sheraton downtown for a convenience-store conference. I'm in the mock convenience store for a CSP TV shoot with an advertiser.

Drag Bingo Memories

We had a fundraiser for the not-for-profit that I run called School Street Arts Movement at Hamburger Mary's. They do "drag bingo" every Monday night for charities.

Walking in on a Movie Set

When I was in New Orleans last week, I happened on a movie set. It was for Nicolas Cage's new film, "The Hungry Rabbit Jumps." They were filming in the French Quarter. The people on the street didn't think he was there on set, but who knows?

Chinese New Year's Dinner

Our Asians and Friends group is having its annual Chinese New Year's dinner on Sat. Feb. 6. I and some of my good friends will be performing in a cabaret-style show. It's typically our highest-attended event and we are off to a good presale. So visit our Web site at www.afchicago.org and sign up!

Drag Bingo

Our not-for-profit, School Street Arts Movement, was the beneficiary of a drag bingo night last night at Hamburger Mary's. We gave away prizes and folks had a few chuckles--and we made a little change. Win, win!
