Luxury Box Seats for the Brewers

Another round of family photos from Bob's daughter Cynthia and her family's visit. We went to Milwaukee for a Brewers game and Bob got us luxury box seats through his work (his company does the lawn care for the baseball stadium). It was truly awesome.

Here's the family on the field getting autographs.

Transformers in Chicago

The next Transformers movie was filming in Chicago. I got to see some of what they did to Michigan Avenue from across the river. They put tons of fake rubble and smashed up cars all around. But Bob's daughter's family got to see some of the props being moved. He's a shot from the street. I think it's a robot hand.

Family Fun at Millenium Park

The family had the best time at Millenium Park. The "bean," the outdoor auditorium and especially the fountain were all hits with the gang. Here's some video and pics ...

The Grandkids!

Bob's daughter Cynthia, her husband Chris and our grandchildren Adam, Aaron and Hannah are all in town for the week from New York. We had a great trip up to Arlington horse-racing track yesterday. No big wins, but a great spot in the Million Restaurant overlooking the track. First class!

Old Town Music Festival

Had the best time last weekend at the Old Town School of Music Festival. A couple of friends were in town and we made it up there to listen to the cool bands and learn some moves in the Dance Tent.

Here's Phil and me.

This is me and Fred.

Mascot Mayhem

On my way up to La Crosse, Wis., last month to interview a c-store chain, I met up with some interesting landmarks, including a pink elephant, the world's largest six pack and the King of Beers.

Pride 2010

Finally uploading my pictures from last week's Pride Parade. Asians and Friends was able to rent a float this year and boy was it grand. Two staircases put together. It was like a wedding cake. We had a couple of gals from Mahjong this year as well as the cast of regulars. We were "25 and growing" but our signs blew off when our float sped down the street to meld into the parade. Fun times!
