Ben Visits from San Francisco

My friend from San Francisco, Ben, visited me in Chicago a couple weeks back and we had a ball going out to dine and then hitting Boy's Town. He writes a food blog and reviewed the neighborhood restaurant that Bob and I call our favorite. Here is Ben with our cats investigating.

Mom's Day

This past Mother's Day, I had three moms visiting. My mom, my auntie Thelma and my cousin Iza. Everyone was in Chicago for the Anniversary Ball we had. We all went to Sushi Samba for brunch, took a swing out to the Planetarium for the view and then I was able to take Mom to the Trump Tower. Great times!

Our 25th Anniversary Ball

There were so many memories from last Friday's Our Anniversary Ball that to recap would go on and on. A few highlights were of me and Bob singing an opera song, the show choir and all my family and friends coming in to celebrate. The evening was beautiful at the Hotel Allegro's art-deco ballroom and we had a wonderful after-party in a suite upstairs. Glorious. Truly memorable.
